Take me out to the ballgame!

Saturday morning we went to Ty's 1st ballgame. We were a little nervous because we did not know if he would love it or hate it, but luckily he loved it. It was so fun to watch all the kids play. They did not run the bases correctly, they did not pay attention, no one kept score, but it was definitely the best game I have ever been to. Can't wait for more!!

Come with us to the CDM!

We have been to the Creative Discovery Museum twice this week. Once with Amy's crew and next with Sonja's. It was so much. Thanks to you both for coming! We have the plus one added to our membership, so we can take another adult and two kids. So if anyone wants to come, come on!!

Let is snow, let it snow, let it snow!

We have had so much snow this winter and it has been great! We have built snowmen, we have had snow ball fights, we have sledded, etc. Now it is time for spring time!! :)

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day! We didn't really do that much besides eat some chocolate dipped strawberries and make a snowman, but no complaints here. :)

Cabin with Josh's Family

Besides Connor here are all the grandkids! We spent a nice weekend with Josh's parents, his brother's family, and Josh's sister's family in Wears Valley. Ty played the Wii, swam in the hot tub, played in the snow, and wrestled with his cousins while Marley did usually Marley stuff. Josh and I visited with everyone, watched a lot of tv, read, and ate, ate, ate! Thanks to Josh's parents for getting the place to stay and thanks to Sean, Andi, Beckett, Helen, Will, Darrin, Jill, Connor & Lillie for making it so much fun!

Long Month

Despite having a great dinner with friends on Saturday night, both of our kiddos woke up sick on Sunday morning, then Josh and I got sick Sunday night. We are all better now, but a stomach bug is no fun! The nausea, the cleaning up, the worrying about the kids, the not wanting to eat, etc. Yuck!

This has also been a long month because we have had to move my dear Granny to a nursing home. I love her so much and hate to see her go downhill, but I keep on reminding myself of how blessed I am to have so many sweet memories with her and to love her while we have her. Please pray for her mind, body and spirit.

Sayuri's Visit & Nashville

Last weekend my brother's family came to visit us and we went shopping. Here is his and Tracy's beautiful little daughter Sayuri. I tried to trade one of mine for her, but her parents would not agree.
Even though she looks really sweet and peaceful in this picture, those are really horns coming out of her head and not pigtails...ha! Let's hope her 2 yr molars can explain her needy behaviour.
We also just got back from a couple of days in Nashville..what fun! I bought a new rug at Pottery Barn and the kids some Disney stuff. Just wondering when Josh is goign to cut up my credit card. :)
