Rolling Over

We never put Marley on her belly because she spits up so much, but last night we put her on belly several times and she rolled over every time...my little baby is growing up!!

Brasstown Bald & Partyville

Here are some pictures of Marley over the last few days. Her eyes are starting to turn brown. Guess Josh will have 2 brown eyed girls.

On Saturday, Josh & Anthony went for a bike ride and then watched the Tour de Georgia. While they were gone, we went to Partyville ("kid jumping" places) & then crashed at the Beard's home. They are totally redoing the house across the street from us, and Ty LOVES to watch them work, especially the dump truck, here he is waving. Here's Marley with her band-aids after her shots.

Marley is 4 months old

At Marley's 4 month well visit today she weighed 13 lbs. & 15.5 ozs. and was 24.5 in. long (50% on all of her stats). Ty went with us to the visit and they both did great!

Ty was going thru a "rough patch" last week, but he seems to be back to the same little boy we know and love. Here he is reading outside.

Weekend Full of Grandparents

On Friday Josh's parents came down and visited with me & the kids. It was really nice to see them. That evening we had a delicious dinner with Cara, Ben & Gavin...thanks to the McGowan's for having us over! Then early Saturday morning my parents came to spend the weekend, here they are with the kiddos. On Saturday we went to the 4 Bridges Art Festival and Ty got this neat tattoo. We didn't buy anything there, but we saw a lot of nice stuff. And here's Marley after her bath.

After we got back, Josh & I went to Bluewater for lunch and later that evening my Mom cooked a really good meal. That's it for us, thanks to all the grandparents for visiting!

We went to the Master's!

No we didn't go to the golf tournament, but we did go to Atlanta this weekend to see Anthony, Tessa & their girls. We were able to hang out, eat good, go shopping & do some bike riding. It was great, thanks to the Masters' for having us and taking such good care of us all! Here is a picture of Marley with Marie and her daughter Isabella (she is 3 weeks older than Marley). We met the Nitto's at Phoenix Noodle for dinner and then went back to the Master's house to hang out.

There was a lot of fighting (Ty is in a very possessive state right now) but they also had a lot of fun. Maybe they would not of fought so much if Ty didn't have Lu's hot pants on. :)

Introducing Anna Claire

Yesterday at 5:15 pm, Eric & Mandy welcomed Anna Claire Grau into their family. I saw her yesterday and she is beautiful. She has lots of strawberry blonde hair, really long finger nails, & most everyone seemed to think she looked just like Eric. Mandy was a trooper and did not get an epidural and when I saw her she looked great. Anna Claire weighed 7 lbs. 1 oz. and is 19 3/4 in. long. I think they will be headed home on Thursday. Anyway you might want to stay tuned to the Grau blog to keep up with Anna Claire.

Weekend in Lenoir City

Josh had a duathlon in LC on Sunday, so we decided to make a weekend out of it. We ate dinner with his whole family on Sat. evening (here's a pic of all the cousins) & with my family on Sunday. It was a lot of fun and thanks to everyone for coming, cooking, and playing! To see all the pics click on the LC album to the left.On Sunday we stopped by Josh's parents' house and took a walk, played with "tractors", caught lady bugs, threw rocks in the pond, and chewed on hay.

Ty was absolutely convinced that Marley was tickling him and he LOVED it! Also he is still wearing diapers but the potty training is going pretty well.
