End of June

A special thanks to Josh's parents for helping (picking, cleaning, cooking, canning, etc.) us can beans this weekend. Here is a pic of the end result and hopefully we will be enjoying them this winter. Thanks again for everything!!Sunday night we went and watched Beckett's "All for One" performance...he did great! The next day we got up (I went with my dad to the ER, he had some complications from his shoulder surgery but is doing better) and finished canning before heading back to Chattanooga. We went to the dentist Monday night with both kids (HUGE mistake), I am surprised Marley didn't get us kicked out, let's just say she was a handful. No one could make her happy, so I rocked her in her carseat with my foot while they were cleaning my teeth. Never again. Here are we are playing around the house, to see all of our pics click on the June link.Wednesday we met the Beards at Partyville to let the boys play before Connor's surgery...he is doing well!

My baby is already 6 months old!!

Marley is growing up so fast, matter of fact too fast! She had her 6 month visit today and she is 15 lbs and 11 oz, 26 in long & her head is 43 cm (about 50% on everything). She still likes to roll around everywhere, she is eating lots of baby food, and her hair is coming in like a mohawk. She has been so much fun and we are so thankful for her & her big brother!

Bye Bye Trees

Yesterday we watched the Graham's get their trees cut down and then tree service came over & cut the dead trees down in our play area. It was a lot of fun, too bad we had to pay them. Anyway here are some before & after pics. We also got some insulation blown in our attic on Monday, so needless to say we will be eating in the rest of the week...ha!Above is a pic of Ty, Alex, Hudson & Lisa watching the trees come down, this provided hours of entertainment. Also yesterday afternoon Mandy & Anna Claire came for a visit. Here they are pulled up to the island having a snack. Thanks for coming by!

No Infant Baptism Pics

Yesterday our family joined Signal Pres and Marley had her infant baptism (promise that we make to raise her to know & love Jesus). It was so special. Thank you to everyone that came and celebrated this special time with our family. Unfortunately I did not get any pics, so I thought I would put this picture in instead (what's better than a pic of Marley sitting on her big brother?!). To see all of pics click on the June album to the left. Here are some more cute pictures of the kids. Not too much else went on this weekend, we did our ususal Greenlife dinner on Friday night (we always enjoy this), and then Satuday & Sunday we visited with family and friends & celebrated Father's Day. We hope all the father's out there had a fabulous day and we are extremely grateful for our Fathers and Ty & Marley's Father. I am just glad we didn't have to go to the ER like we did on Mother's Day. :)

Buffett Concert in Atlanta

Last Thursday we went to Atlanta to a Jimmy Buffett concert and we absolutely had a blast! Thanks to my mom for watching Marley, and an extra special thanks to Sean, Andi, Beckett & Helen and Darrin, Jill, Connor & Lillie for taking care of Ty for us (yes it actually does take that many people to watch our wild child). We also got to do some shopping in Atlanta before heading back...what a fun weekend! To see all the pics click on the Buffett album to the left.

Fins Up!

Yesterday I started packing our stuff for Buffett and Ty wanted to wear some it, so I had to take his picture. We are going to the concert on Thursday in Atlanta and I absolutely can't wait. Fins up!Here is a pic of Josh's scar...just be glad I didn't get a picture of it while it was fresh. :) Anyway he is doing good. He does not have feeling in it yet (that is suppose to take 6 months) but he can move it some.
